I finished my Fat Loss + Strength Maintenance program. I met my goal. So what now?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well. I&#8217;ve decided it only makes sense to take a break. A one week break. But not a full break, a deload break. Which is to say I keep working out, of course stick to my diet, but the workouts are dialed back, so as to let myself recover, but not lose progress, and perhaps more importantly, not lose motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So one week of deload, great, what next? The only thing that makes sense is to pick back up from where I left off, and continue. So I&#8217;m working on Fat Loss + Strength Maintenance Phase II. I hope to launch LiftPress officially this week, and then next week it&#8217;s back to business as usual. Logging everything, pushing myself, and hopefully, continuing to make progress.
