Atlas takes a dip on this hot weekend

It has been a long few days. Life isn't always easy or fair, but in the midst of the chaos there was some good. Two of my best friends finally had the child they have been wanting for years, and being able to share in that joy and journey with them was amazing. He's absolutely adorable.

LiftPress seems to be going well. I believe in it more than ever after logging some real workouts. I can't wait to start doing the meal tracking in week 2.

My favorite band released a new song, which has been on repeat for a few reasons, so I've attached it to this workout. Times like these always remind me of how much I find a therapy of sorts with working out. Trapping yourself in a space with a mission to accomplish, some music in your ears, and thoughts you need to sift through. That can make for a potent combo.
