So how’s the deload week going? So far so good. I had a little workout Monday that took like 17 minutes, felt good, and made me still feel productive. I mostly stuck to my diet, nothing crazy off the rails.
Today, Tuesday (deload day 2) I had a 35 minute Peloton ride which was fine, I was kinda hoping to not have any rides but hey, it wasn’t 60 minutes or a HIIT ride, so I won’t complain! I took a little liberties with my breakfast, I but a 1/4 cup of cheese in my eggs, haha, wild I know. So far so good though, it’s nice to not have to spend so much energy and time on workouts this week, but I also don’t feel like I’m doing nothing, which would have been not very fun.
